The travel ticket agent Jasmine from Takhar Travel smethwick was great. She was very understanding and she helped us a lot. We was confused but she went that extra mile. She was well spoken and kind. She was with us throughout the whole process. She deserves a pay raise. Good employees are hard to come by so keep this one. She will and have set a good example to the business.
