Lovely staff, but there seem to be more of them than there are customers. The prices are a little on the high side and there doesn't seem to be as many bargains as there used to be and some old favourites seem to have vanished over the last few months.

Always close early. They make a staff member or security stand at door ten mins before closing and you have to beg them to go in and spend your money. Disgusting

Old coloured lady at the checkout. She was well cheeky. Said i can see you got 4 packs of eggs no need to put it on the conveyor belt. So I tried balancing them and heyy.. anyways. Rude.

The staff and security guard are very disrespectful and unprofessional . They close 10 min early and when we asked respectfully to buy 1 thing at 18.50 pm they said NO, without any explanation.This is not the first time that they close 10 min before time, so it?s better to change their closing times on the door and google.

Shop here often, they have a wide range of stuff but of course the shops not that big, but still got quite alot of stuff in there most new things that come out get brought to this shop so I am greatful I don't have to go further out to get what I need.

Iceland now opens at 9:00. If you have a passport or photo I'd and over 60 you can get a 10per cent discount on your shopping this is only on Tuesdays. I have a passport for the first time l can now get the discount to.

entered the store and the staff immediately age discriminated me when i was waiting for my mother to reply back to my text to see if i could be able to use her card because i.needed to buy us bread for the next morning, as i was waiting me and my friends were just sitting or standing i?d rather say by the enterance and the security instantly sent us out while giving us inappropriate and unprofessional manner and accusing us of something serious
