I had to return a PS4 controller and didn't have a receipt so the team on the front desk took time to dig through the computer listings of the item sold in the last month and with the help of Apple pay receipts we were able to locate the correct bill of sale, so for this I was trully thankfull.

Just kicked for incompetent manager who refused to return a faulty item. Avoid this store at all costs.

Ordered some stuff with click and collect. No disabled parking. The only parking was in the Sainsbury?s car park, which you could only get to was by a large flight of stairs or walking a very long distance.There was a loading bay outside the front, which had 3 or 4 spaces, which were full.When going to collect my items the staff were miserable and when I was looking on my phone to make sure I had collected all my items the woman at the tills snapped "is that all?" I replied with a smile I'm just checking and she just scowled back.I could understand if there was a queue behind me but the shop was empty.Staff made me feel very unwelcome and quite miserable myself when leaving, even though I was cheerful before I went in.I will avoid visiting this store in the future.

Bad experience, poorly trained, rude. Ordered item in stock collected twenty minutes later. Noticed it was wrong type and was told had to take it and exchange in Solihull rather than leave it and automatically refund in seven days. Staff member was arrogant, objectionable and badly trained. Poor experience. Solihull much better.
