Went upto the collection online counter Did not get a hello just automatically thought because I was young I would know what to say and do. Spoken to like trash by the older women my first time picking up an item online too I am in retail myself and whatever that was from her it definitely was not customer service I brought a PS5 thinking it would help Argos as a business out. If am I being serviced by that "worker" again I will turn back Needs to rethink her career role clearly

I bought a room heater with 3 years replacement care for last day (08/09/2023) at solihull, birmingham, B91 3BX.Actually the problem is it's not heating properly. It's hitting her self. Then i go to next day (09/09/2023) 2 times at 11:00 am and 01:10 pm Solihull argos store & I told the manager everything but the great lady manager didn?t replace my product and blabla?So, my question for the great lady manager why she didn?t replace my product and what's my banefit to parchies Argos Care for 3 Years replacement care?Then I go to different Argos for Birmingham they replace my product.I give them zero review. I will suggest please don?t go Argos Solihull centre try to different Argos centre.Thank you.

Had ordered online to collect in store. Ordered 2 tvs at black Friday prices. Went to collect and only one was showing. Due to the fact the store has zero phone signal I couldn't access my online account to prove otherwise. I had to leave store to get the info and then return to prove I'd paid for 2. They said it only states one and I need to speak to customer services which I can't do in store as no signal. After waiting for over 15 minutes on the phone in the car park to be told only one had been ordered and its a 'ghost order' that should be refunded. Even though the manager informed me there were actually 2 tvs in store . I had to go back in store and buy another and the price had increased since to £40 more. Thankfully the manager Callum was very helpful. He honoured the price I had purchased it at originally.. I would only have given 1 star if it hadn't been for the way the manager handled it

I wish I read other reviews before coming to this store. I would give them a triple zero review if I could! Everytime I went to the Sainsbury, I saw this Argos quiet. I think they should be shut down.I went to return a faulty product within 4 weeks from collection. The store manager Karen and store member Connor were unhelpful and hostile. They opened the laptop, created a password protected account on our laptop and made me and my five year old wait for nearly an hour. Only to tell me they wouldn?t take back the item.When I brought the same item to another Argos store, I was treated nicely and wasn?t made to wait at all. Even though the other store is 10 mins drive away, I would surely go there from now on and blacklist Argos Solihull. Avoid avoid avoid!

Rubbish! -opening times misleading when you search google- states closes at 8pm but that?s the Sainsbury?s Store closing time that it?s within. I just went to collect an eBay purchase at 19.01pm to be told they can?t put it through the system as they were closed! (More likely did not want to help!) Argos part actually closes at 7pm.

I would give this zero stars if possible. I tried to return an item and spoke to natalie who said she was the argos store manager. Her attitude and customer service skills were so bad i was speechless i accept that anybody can have a bad day but this terrible service continued through the interaction and i literally gave up in the end and was unable to exchange my item or get my 120.00 back as she claimed the item was damaged and worse of all she told me that she thought i had used the item which i clearly hadnt as most of the components were still in packaging. The reason i returned the item, a hoover was because it was too big and bulky for my elderly mother she literally tried to lift it and was unable to do so. I am so angry and disappointed i thought argos was a decent company but i wont be going there again and we are 120.00 out of pocket and when i logged a complaint they said i had to go back into store to claim the refund absolute joke????It appears that i have reviewed argos in solihull not stratford road shirley. Would you kindly pass on my comments to the argos manager and send me a reply if possible

Have clear signs of QUEUE!!!, been waiting and lady behind counter looks other direction and serves other people!!! I questioned it and OLD LADY behind counter says queue this side, I said put signs up, she yells signs are up can?t you see!!!!! The sign said Collection!!!! How the F is that a sign for queue!!?.. the younger staff were great, old lady must of been annoyed she working a BH ????? ?.. won?t be coming this place again

Tried to return a damaged product I had collected from my nearest Argos and was told I had to return it to an Argos in a Sainsburys. The staff were polite and told me they needed to get their manager. The manager came out and looked me up and down. Before she looked at the damage she blamed me for the damage. I hadn't even spoken to her yet. Her attitude towards myself and other customers is appalling. I have made a complaint to Argos only to be told that they don't pass on complaints about store managers. This is also the same store who had a delivery driver give my purchase to someone at a completely different address and the driver had to go back to the address he delivered to to bring it to me. He admitted he didn't read the full address and blindly followed his satnav with out double checking. Luckily my purchase was still sealed inside its bag. I will no longer purchase anything from Argos unless I can check the item in store the moment I get.
