Lovely clean rooms but the car parking was £8.50 for 24 hrs to park at lode multi storey carpark as the premier inn doesn't have their own car park. This hotel is round the corner from Wetherspoons and other pubs and take aways. Hotel has free WiFi but their bar / restaurant has a limited menu and limited amount of drinks available.

Good Premier Inn Hotel, staff were most helpful, if travelling by car the entrance to the main Lode Lane NCP car park is not sign posted, as the entrance is from the main road and you would easily miss it. Although there is parking opposite the hotel entrance limited to about 10 vehicles access to the main car park is not available from that road. Location is not far by car should you need to go to the NEC, good choice of restaurants literally around the corner, for the NEC would definatley stay at this hotel again.

You know what to expect from a Premier Inn, the rooms are a comfortable and the staff are very courteous. There is a good choice at breakfast. WiFi was poor though as unable to connect to the free or paid for service. I have stayed here before and is usually good.

Always know a premier inn stay, wherever in the country, will deliver a comfortable & quality experience. We?ve stayed at Solihull before as it?s an easy trip to the NEC where we were working for 4 days. Special thanks to chef Dave who remembered us and went out of his was to welcome us. We will be back!

Female blond long haired receptionist was rude and unprofessional. On Friday morning, when I went downstairs to floor zero where my car was parked, she asked me why was my car parked in a disabled space, I explained that I am disabled, she did not took my work and still went to look through the windshield to check for my disabled badge that was displayed. Then she proceeded to ask me to move my car slightly so her and her colleague could park their car, which I did. I then walked out of the car park but turned back and saw her opening her colleague's car door which hit my car, she looked at it and ignored, when she realised I saw it. It left a mark on my driver's side door.

I stayed here with some friends. We were blown away by the staff. They worked hard, were attentive and always trying to make everything presentable. They went over and above what was expected. Hotel position was great for a spot of shopping and very centrally positioned. Room was lovely and clean. I will be back to stay.

I don?t have any complaints. Stayed here for three nights and we had no issues at all, the room and hotel in general was clean and then staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again. The bar area has a nice environment to it as well, family friendly

Having stayed in various Premier Inn's and Holiday Inn's all over the country for work, I can honestly say the staff at this hotel are by far the best I have encountered. Everybody was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and the food was very good. I would highly recommend staying here, if you find yourself in Solihull Thank you, Demi, Anthony, Ash, Lois and Dave.

Amazing stay at the solihull premier inn. Chef dave was the most attentive and caring chef ive ever come across. Food was absolutely amazing, but to be asked and made sure everything was ok was the icing on the cake.

I could not fault anything about my stay in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Solihull .From the moment I arrived I found the staff very friendly and welcoming .My room was clean and a good size. I had a big window with a pleasant view .The bed lived up to Premier Inn?s reputation and was so comfortable I wish I could take it home ! The breakfast was cooked very well and there is plenty of choice and a large selection of cereals etc .I also ate in the restaurant in the evening and really enjoyed my meals .The sweets were particularly good .Again there was plenty of choice . I did not have to wait long for my food which is always a bonus .I thought the meal deal for breakfast and evening meal was extremely good value .Unfortunately there is no free parking but the Lode Road car park next door to hotel was very convenient and I paid in advance for duration of my stay which saved a lot of time. The hotel is ideally situated for shopping and in my case very near the hospital where I was visiting my husband every day .I would like to say a special thanks to Lazar and Raj for being so helpful during my stay .

I?ve stayed in many Premier inn hotels over the years but this one has it nailed down to an absolute T! Clean, modern and very quiet (unless your under someone?s room but that could be any hotel) The staff are outstanding. They can?t do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble for them. Raj and her staff are clearly the leading team throughout the company and I hope that head office see this as I feel they deserve recognition especially the chef who?s cooking is absolutely fantastic! This is a brilliant brilliant hotel. If ever I return to the midlands and need a place to stay, I?m booking here!!

The usual Purple Palace. Parking is easy across the road in the Lode lane car park. Good clean rooms. Restaurant is the standard premier Inn fare. Breakfast ifs good with a choice of eggs freshly cooked. The staff are cheerful and efficient. Stayed there for a month and felt quite at home with them all.
