Went to the solihull store 27/12/23 to purchase storage boxes. Could not find the ones on website. Asked the meet greet man Martin who just said i? if we have them it?s aisle 50 ?.No offer to further help.We went to that aisle but no sign if any boxes. We then saw a young man named Brad who with his friend Kyle could not have been more helpful. They searched for product said was in warehouse. Fetched them and then cleaned them.Excellant service.

Disgusting company, twice in one week ordered and payed for items, to be told with first one, 3 hrs later not in stock by phonecall, second one told to collect after 1pm, only to arrive to be told sorry we've sold them all, quickly take your money but still waiting for refund, wide berth suggested.

Ordered the kitchen door with fault delivery. I ordered 4 doors but finally come with 2 doors only. Called the delivery team twice but without any feedback. I go back this ordering shop and asked (click&collect) colleague. The colleague said it doesn?t their matter. They just told me not their responsibility and kick me out. It?s so unprofessional and so disappointing for this huge shop colleagues attitude. It?s a shame to be a b&q client.

Came a few days ago staff are lovely , there are a few who shouldn?t work there though. One in particular Lara. Terrible attitude, when asked if she can help me acted like I was bothering her. Very blunt, no customer service skills at all! I will be putting in a formal complaint as this is not the first time she has been rude and cold toward me. Id understand if she was having a bad day (not that she should take it out on customers) but this has happened repeatedly. I?ve read some other reviews and there seems to be a few complaints about her, why is nothing being done? As for the other staff who helped me - thank you.

Scammed by B&Q verified sellersI have been scammed by B&Q verified sellers, I bought TV unit through B&Q website and I have realized that it comes from one of their verified sellers who is actually selling them on Amazon for almost half price. B&Q customer service is the worst CS I have ever dealt with, they are not trained, have no information and not showing any intention to help you. I was unable to hear or talk to them in one instance because of the the other people in the background sounding like the person was talking from a bar with people laughing madly and talking very loud in the backgroundLong story short the seller didn't accept to make a price match and replied with stupid answers that sometimes websites have glitches and the prices can look cheaper which is 100% a lie as the price was the same for at least 1 month on Amazon and still half price till nowB&Q did not take any responsibility or offer any help and said to speak to the seller who of course didn't do anything and seems they just play the role of intermediates to take a commission of sales with no responsibilities towards the customerTook the decision not to buy anything again from those scammers

Appalled is probably the best word to describe my experience.I bought a product online through a B&Q partner but sadly it was faulty, these things happen - we highlighted the issue and was asked to take it back into our local store..I decided to leave it out of the box that we bought it in to help demonstrate the issue when in store..The three members of staff who were talking behind the returns till clearly weren?t too interested and one in particular was simply rude.I was asked ?what?s wrong with it? and I demonstrated the issue, I was then told that it couldn?t be returned without the original packaging but hey that?s okay, I have it in the car? ? the rude member of staff said, ?well can you get it.. I was flippant and retorted stating I wasn?t going to make her fetch it? was I ..?So off I trotted and fetched the packaging - when I returned one of the female staff members pointed me in the direction of the other rude team member indicating she was dealing with it?I stood like a lemon waiting politely whist she dealt with another customer and then to my disbelief took a phone call? blimey she certainly didn?t want to help me..I provided her with the order number and she informed me of the return process?I then attempted to indicate to her that the return policy conditions were nt clear to me and her attitude got worst, she turned her back on me and walked off, when I challenged her behaviour she said ?goodbye? and walked off again? I was trying to help but it was clearly too much trouble?Thankfully Paige stepped forward and took my explanation as to what had taken place - she was very apologetic and stated she would speak to the staff member?Hard to understand why someone wants to work in a customer facing role if they have not the patience or the professionalism to act appropriately?I walked out of the store and went to Argos where I bought another microwave? the difference in service was incredible, but then there wasn?t much to compete with, shame as I don?t wish to be treated like this and won?t be going back to this store.

Generally good service, apart from Lottie. She's quite rude, been in a few times and Lottie always puts a damper on the experience.

Pretty bad customer service from some of the workers, especially Lara. It is the second time that I have experienced extremelyrude behaviour from her.Update: No response from the branch or from the customer service despite raising formal complaint. This explains why she acts that way.

Difficult to find items as the layout is very difficult to other stores. Staff were helpful in knowing which isle things were in.

Simply went for some large gravel trays 21 in stock after finally finding someone to ask as there were none in store, 20mins later comes back with the wrong size, another 20 mins of waiting chap advised he can't find them. 45 mins in total wasted staff are useless won't be going back.
