Was served by Przemystaw, he cheers you up as soon as you walk in by greeting you with a big smile and always remembering your order. His knowledge on products is exceptional & he always suggests politely products that are new we may like.I regularly go to Nero now with family and friends or to work due to the warm welcome... read full comment

Very rude staff at mell square solihull. I am a loyal customer of cafe Nero but it’s my second time I am very much disappointed at the same location. Everything is good apart from one of the staff behaviour. I visited this store at 18:00 on Thursday 21.
