Went in to see if they sold any crochet hooks but was told by the middle aged man that they don’t sell it for health and safety reasons as you can hurt someone with it…I guess the books shouldn’t be sold either as paper cuts can be lethal.

Incredibly rude staff, went in with my girlfriend for about a minute, saw a kids piano toy on the ground and decided to test it out. Tried to play a tune but some of the keys weren't working, especially not at the same time as others being played, this is fine, to be expected from something someone gave to a charity shop... read full comment
