Amazing customer service. Xbox controllers connection wasn?t working and the guy got it fixed within minutes. Very friendly, cooperative and got me booked in on the same day. Even though it?s not a physical shop don?t be afraid as it?s just as good if not better

Repaired our son's Ps5 that kept overheating. Was completed in half and hour and he also diagnosed and fixed a problem with the HDMI connection that we weren't aware of. Much cheaper and far more convenient than sending it back to Sony for a repair.

Had overheating issued with my ps5 it wouldn't run ps5 games for over 1 hour, it would turn off with no warning. Its been probably 2 months since the system had been cleaned properly and I've had no issues, thanks alot!
