The prescription as been on there system for 5 days apparently stuck on the spin what ever that means every time I call for a prescription it?s never ready it?s always a list of excuses the staff can be very rude at times

Dorridge pharmacy failed to print off a prescription sent from Arden medical centre surgery on Thursday at 9.30 am they didn?t print it off until the following Monday. The prescription was for a burn bandage which was critical that I had because of my third degree burn which needed to be redressed on Tuesday. When my husband went to collect the dressing on the Monday they lied and said they only just received the prescription. I queried it with the surgery. Arden medical centre phoned the pharmacy telling them they aren?t telling the truth. They just didn?t print off the prescription. The bandage which was crucial was supposed to be available for me five days after I needed it. But someone didn?t order the correct dressing so I never received it. It?s interesting that the pharmacist told my husband that if I didn?t collect it it was an expensive item they would be left with. They are obviously put under pressure not to spend money putting the patients at risk. I had to have an inferior dressing from my GP putting me at risk of scaring. The pharmacist didn?t once apologise. It is a disgrace.

Lovely staff, Raj-Gunn helped me with an urgent prescription which needed to be fulfilled. While there are often queues, they do get through them within 15-20 minutes despite the staffing issues.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Prescriptions seldom if ever ready. Always a queue. They seem to have a strange filing system for their filed prescriptions as they always have to look in several places and shelves, before coming back to say it?s not ready. Also they are quite happy to talk to a customer for several minutes with absolutely no regard to the queue despite the fact that there may be several people behind the counter not serving.

This Pharmacy combines the disadvantages of a local business (limited stock and an unreliable supply chain) with the annoyances of a large bureaucratic organisation (long lines and limited staff training in the SPINE e-prescription system)Avicenna partners is a pharmacy; Boots is a Chemist.

Though the staff are polite and I?m sure do their best, the systems here are not fit for purpose. The pharmacy has 100% record of never having dispensed my prescription when I go to collect it. The last being 5 working days after it was sent to them. They need to realise they must finish all prescriptions sent every day, otherwise the backlog will continue to grow and grow. And the filing system! When it has been dispensed, it takes an age to find, rummaging in boxes and shelves all over the place, checking computer screens, and then going back to the shelves again. There must be a better way!

After waiting in the long queue I asked if I could see a pharmacist privately. I was told to wait to the side and after another long wait the pharmacist finally came out and asked how they could help within an earshot of all the other customers in store. I whispered that I?d like the morning after pill, after which I was told that ?he could but his workload is up to here? suggesting above his head and saying that it would take him 10 minutes to fill out a form which he didn?t have time for told me that I should go to other pharmacy?s which provide it, such as Knowle, Tesco?s etc. I am wanting the MORNING after pill of which TIME is of the essence and yet I?m told that I should drive around elsewhere so it?s more convenient for him?!!!! Not wanting to kick up a fuss I said ok but I am absolutely furious that I drove to Knowle and was told they don?t provide the morning after pill and was directed to go to Dorridge. I am a hard working mother of TWO who wishes NOT to have another baby so it?s not a strain on me financially. I know I can pay £30 for the pill but why should I when I already pay my fair share of tax??!! Everyone knows that these are difficult times. I cannot believe the pharmacist thinks that their workload is more important than someone not wanting to have to have an ABORTION. Shame on YOU, if I do become pregnant trust me I will be SUING you for neglect. AWFUL pharmacist and disgusting PHARMACIST.

Just the slowest I?ve ever dealt with ! Even if you leave a prescription for 5 days they say ?we?re just getting that ready for you? they have no system!

I have always found the staff to be very helpful and obliging. I have, however, witnessed customers being very rude to staff. Everyone knows 48hrs to pick up scripts, but seem to want items before then!!!

Shocking service. Rude staff . Do not make up script till you go in to collect . Have to return 15 min later and then queue up again of 15-20 minutes.

How can it take 14 working days to prep a prescription? GP confirmed sent electronically but pharmacy queried that and then said out of stock then said come back later. Unfortunately local pharmacies all under same company. Also staff under pressure means hostile customer service.

Frustrating experience. There always very long queues and slow service here. Unfortunately even when you?ve queued for 20 minutes you often find them out out of stock of what you need anyway. Would generally recommend trying elsewhere.

Ridiculous attitude . Liquid parrafin is a non addictive drug free product to help as a mild laxative for all . Because i was honest and said it was for our long haired cat to expel fur balls in the stomach ( a common complaint with cats) on the advice of the vet , I was refused how pathetic and jobs worth can you get . Ordered it on line without a problem .

As per the comments, rude staff and no customer service skills whatsoever. No practise of dealing with vulnerable people, staff asked if she could sign on my behalf, (I had not read it, nor did I know that I wouldn't have to pay for my prescription). Also quite surprised on the 4th attempt she could not spell my name nor pronounce it even though I used the phonetic alphabet, wrote it down and pronounced it.

Quite possibly the rudest staff I've ever had the misfortune of engaging with. Staff are as rude to each other as they are with customers. Staff have no concept of basic manners and respectful and kind customer service is out of the question.\\n\\nA young woman cleaning had to put up with rude remarks from a colleague which included to being told to \\\"man up\\\" when she struggled to over stretch (sure there is a health and safety issue here) and was then picked on for not finishing putting stock away.\\n\\nI had the misfortune of engaging with three members of staff during my visit, all as rude as each other!
