I don?t usually leave reviews but I was served by a wonderful assistant today named Ameena. She was very Knowledgeable and helped me to choose my best friends 30th birthday present- who by the way loved her necklace. Amena was very welcoming and made feel at ease. She showed me a variety of options from watches to necklaces. She didn?t rush like other shops do. She took her time with me and allowed me to be comfortable. Her customer service was 11/10. Amazing staff. I will most definitely be returning xxx

I just had to come on and give a review because every time I come into this store I walk out with a big smile on my face. Debbie is an amazing lady, and her girls just shine as bright as her, I visited this store after going to other jewellers (which were terrible) and I have only been back here since as I always receive outstanding service, this even when I don?t purchase anything too! I am always made to feel so special and I would advise everyone to go to this store, you won?t be disappointed. Thank you to Debbie and the team for always giving me 5 star service ??????????

I had a worst experience with Amina, she was the manager of store I guess, me and my fiancé went for ring shopping and it was our first time visiting, AMINA was so rude to us we felt maybe because of skin Color she didn?t even showed us any rings and was talking to us very rude.. we left from there and went to Ernest jones in Birmingham Town and the staff there were so helpful and respectful towards us and we both then bought two rings from there. If want to have a good experience please visit Birmingham town not this shop because of disrespectful staff , Amina sort of made her mind that we can?t buy the rings it was clearly on her face. Won?t recommend at all.

Visited today to purchase 2 rado watches, met a lovely lady AMINA who provided me and my wife with exceptional service, we were made to feel special and welcomed and we could have sat all day interacting with her. Such a kind friendly soul, who had amazing knowledge about the watches, we only came to look today but ended up buying as her service was 5*. Will return to this store for any future purchases as we loved the service provided, best in the centre compared to all the other jewellers we visited.

Visited on Saturday 5th to look for wedding rings with my fiance. It was the first jewellers we tried, had a look around after a brief chat and said we were going to check all of the options before making a decision.45 mins later we went back and decided on a pair of rings that suited our budget and style.Whilst signing the paperwork etc, the friendly service from Raj and Deb's made the experience a pleasure. They were genuinely interested in our story and of all the shops we tried, this was the only one where it wasn't obvious the staff were looking at you as purely commission. No pushyness and just genuine, friendly conversation.Great job both and thank you! ??

Thank you to Caroline & Amina for their amazing service today. We came in to buy a watch for our son today, about 15 minutes before the store was about the close. Despite it being so close to closing time Caroline was really friendly, helpful & kind. Both Caroline & Amina made conversation with our children & made us feel really comfortable. We walked away with a nice Boss watch for our son & feeling really happy with the service & kindness. Keep up the amazing work.

Visited the store today to purchase a necklace for my soon to be wife. It was wonderful to see Caroline in store, who previously helped my fiancée and me to choose our wedding and engagement rings back in December. We chose a Vera Wang necklace to suit the Vera Wang engagement ring. Caroline was again on point with excellent customer care and customer experience. Asking about our exciting wedding plans. It was disappointing that the store manager Debbie, did not acknowledge or even speak to us when we were bringing yet more custom to her store and especially when we were the only customers in the store. However Caroline yet again made the experience special for us. Thank you Caroline for making it another special day for us. You are so, so good at what you do. You always go the extra mile with your magical personal touch. A huge, massive shout out to Caroline who provided us with exceptional care and warmth and helped us to choose not only my stunning engagement ring but both our beautiful wedding rings. Debbie at Ernest Jones in Solihull was an absolute gem to work with! My partner and I were in the market for wedding rings and had the pleasure of being assisted by Debbie.
