Came in enquiring about currency to take to Thailand which I wasn?t sure about and which currency to take. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Shaz who assisted me she was friendly and polite with a lovely smile. Highly recommend this branch due to her superb and speedy customer service.

Arrived at the place and i was greeted by a patient woman named Shaz. I was nervous going because i didn?t really understand how it worked but she took her time explaining the whole process to me in depth while dealing with my silly questions?. Required a large amount of Mexican Peso so rang direct and Shaz(Sharon) answered.What a fantastic customer experience, immediately looked into all my requirements, checked what they had in stock , kept it to one side and again purchased on internet and picked it up within the hour. Her approach to the customer was superb and not once was I referred to as ? mate, bab , luv , etc. This helps when you are retired. Well done , keep up the good work
