You really need to mystery shop this place. Staff chatting behind the counter while customers are queuing. Then one of them decided to turn around and serve us. The floors. Tables and chairs are disgusting and filthy. I was hoping it would improve from the last visit but it hasn’t so won’t be back.

I submitted my tablet for repair in this shop early September and was told it will be ready at a cost of £120. After one week they called me to say that the tablet repair will now cost £145 and will take another week to repair which I agreed to. I called to enquire if the tablet was ready after 2 weeks of initially...

Apple Watch screen replaced and cracked within 2 days with no damage inflicted by me! The 12 month warranty claim stated is worthless for work performed. No solution offered other than I had damaged the watch. Avoid this shop and seek work to be performed elsewhere at more trustworthy places.
