Absolutely wonderful service from Goldsmiths Solihull. After a poor online service, these guys really restored my faith in Goldsmiths. Perfect customer service, beautiful showroom and jewellery. Fantastic place and staff are amazing I mainly delt with a chap named Guy apon buying a watch he knew his stuff and great knowledge and the rest of the staff are out standing kind and made me feel very welcome.

My husband has spent a great deal of money in this store on three watchesbut the parts for these watches have either not been ordered, are late or simply we have not been contacted. Rude staff, no one takes responsibility for mistakes and if it was me not my husband who is a watch fanatic I would never shop in there again.

0 stars (there is no option to select this). An overall stressful and unpleasant experience following ordering two wedding rings from the store. We were charged the wrong amount, the store assistant ordered the wrong ring size, i stayed at home the next day to accept the guaranteed next day delivery of the rings, only for the rings to not arrive all day. We ended up requesting a full refund for the rings and cancelling the order. I had purchased cover for one ring and requested a refund for this. It took 2 months for me to receive the refund after the store claimed to have processed it. The store asked to see my bank statements to prove I hadn?t received the refund. After all this, another colleague took over my case and found that the refund had been sent to someone else card entirely. I finally got the refund over 2 months later and will not be visiting this store again.

Went to buy 2 weddings rings and a Men's watch, didn't have a designer top on.Looked down upon, very snooty.The female staff member I tried to ask a question, snorted and turned her back to me.Had a fabulous experience and spent my money down the High Street.Glad Goldsmiths don't need the business.
