Amazing staff! Pharell was brilliant, very kind, helpful and gave outstanding care and service, going into greggs having 2 kids and all the drama that brings lol. Kids love it there, so do we... Food was only mildly warm and it was cash only as the card machine wouldn't accept payments, mind you the food is never very hot at most greggs shops, also and I don't know why this is but the Greggs at Fox &Goose shops seems the filling in the Steak bake always has more well done Fox &Goose Greggs

I love the cheese and onion pasty, tuna crunch baguette, prawn cocktail crisps, cheese and onion crisps, their jam doughnuts, cookies and ribena. I also love their pink lemonade and some of their cakes. I then have a picnic outside with the food while on a walk or save some of it for later or the following day

Poor customer service,rude especially a woman who is moody, rude& sharp,she as blonde/grey hair, wears glasses,and didn't help when I enquired about charging me to much,left me&my sister not wanting to buy from there or any Gregg's again,Gregg's should employ happy, polite , helpful staff!!!!!

Charge you for items you want but don't actually give them to you. Poor customer service, weekday staff much better and polite.
