I always use this particular branch as the Manager, Damien is so knowledgeable. He is helpful and informative and I always come away knowing I have the right product.

Online order, awful experience.\\n\\nTerrible service! Package ordered and told next day delivery as price was quite high. They use Amazon for delivery!!! Of course, it was lost in transit. Then customer service says it's 5 to 7 days for replacement to arrive!\\nOnce it arrived, not all ordered items were in the package.\\n\\nAwful, unprofessional, terrible customer service, awful treatment of paying customers.\\nDO NOT order from here!

Been today for some recommendations for my acne problems, Anita suggested me in such a polite and gentle manner, she got a big knowledge in supplements and I was really happy to listen to her while she was showing what I could use.Really happy with the service!!!I had a phone call in the morning with the gp that didn't help at all and made me upset, the chat with Anita about what was best for me really made my day better.Thank you for your great service, all the time I come for shopping is a pleasure ??

love coming to this holland and barrett, everyone is always very helpful and there is a large range of products. last week i went in looking for my regular dose of vitamin d and the manager was all but too happy to help!

The tall young man (unfortunately did not get his name) who assisted in the shop the afternoon of 1st of February 2019 was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Also very patient and kind as my 6yr old wanted to pay with my card. Very good shopping experience and recommended shop!
