Large location, plenty to see. Couldn't find an exit to other stores at the Mall. Would go again.

Normally I find the John Lewis staff to be good, but the John Lewis person covering the Sonos display clearly did not know the product. He insisted the sub mini would not work with my existing sonos system. Despite questioning as it made no sense he stood his ground. Had been misinformed by a member of staff, however instead of owning the issue, customer services chose instead to be super patronising about it. Disappointing experience with this store
