My experience collecting my online order from the Kurt Geiger store in Solihull today was fantastic - the service received by Jodie and Eshani was top quality! Being a new customer of Kurt Geiger, I really appreciated that Jodie took the time to teach me about the brands story and it?s variety of selections. I?m thrilled with my first pair of Kurt Geiger shoes, and because of how much I enjoyed my visit to the store today, I?ll make sure to collect future online orders from the Solihull store and will make sure to use this store when I next gift my mum with a new pair of Kurt Geiger shoes or handbag.

I visited the solihull touchwood on friday, the service that was provided was incredible. I have never wanted to provide feedback so much! The manager Jodie was ever so helpful and I left the shop purchasing an additional bag that I love. Unfortunately I was facing a few issues with a return and finding the right bag. Jodie made it so easy for me to find my bag and went out of her way. The process was so easy. She is very friendly and I felt that she instantly understood the value of a customer. Thank you jodie! Your an awesome manager.

I walked in to have a look for a new bag. I was greeted by a tall brunette lady who was very polite. However she stood right next to me looking at me facing me following me around the shop and after 5 minutes of doing so I looked at her and then she walked off. After a while I noticed her looking me up and down at what I was wearing and particularly my shoes which were smart work shoes but the whole experience I felt very uncomfortable and I felt she was unprofessional.
