An issue with delivery of an online order combined with my order of the wrong size could have made sorting by the following day difficult. Keagan sorted the matter kept the discount at same level and we left with required goods. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Good place but they really need security or something the staff spend so much time stuck following shop lifters every time I go in or they are getting abuse from a shoplifter. Makes me feel like MW doesnt care about their staff. Shame really because other than that its a good shop.Also get baskets? Why is there no baskets?

Lovely stuff , I felt like the staff were moody because I wear a hijab, despite me making an effort and being friendly I noticed they were just quite, really disappointed because I love the items there!
