Bad experience of poor professionalism and awareness from the staff at this store today. So my girlfriend went to this store earlier today on 3 separate occasions as we had received an email saying that her phone would be available for collection from 10AM. She first went in at 12ish, then 2.30ish and then the third time at 4.20pm. On all occasions we was told that the phone would be there for the following time. To then be told that the phone wouldn't be arriving as the delivery driver was off today and we had wasted a whole day waiting around. It's just pure laziness from the team in the store and a lack of respect for someone's time. It would of been professional for them to at least say that they couldn't confirm.

Came into O2 because I need to upgrade my phone, Mahek was amazing right from the moment she saw us. She explained everything in detail and took her time to show me the best deal. Will be returning when my broadband finishes because Mahek?s service was incredible.

I was served by Ashley Johnson. What an amazing guy. He spent such a long time with me. Sorted out my sim, transfer and helped me set up the app. Thank you so much. I would give a higher rating if I could. Fully recommend ?

Absolutely rubbish. I spent all day in the place .my wife and I couldn't phone each other. We need are disabled. So we need are phones. We never even asked for o2. Do not use we have missed hospital appointments.

distinct lack of customer service, if it wasn't for the lad who had come over from a different shop, would have just walked out. 3 members of staff just stood there talking about conjunctavitus, these people should not be working in a customer environment. As a matter of principle will not be renewing contract with 02. Relates to a store visit on 4th Dec 2023 to purchase a new phone.

First time we used this store it was very good. The last 3 visits have been dreadful. The staff have not been helpful. If you are not technically competent I suggest you find some other way of changing your phones.

Avoid this store at all costs, the staff are utterly useless and lie to you about everything. I have had my time wasted and been treated awfully by the this store avoid at all costs.

Shocking service from one male member of staff in particular at O2 Touchwood, Solihull who was extremely rude, patronising and who needs to find a job where he doesn't have to deal with people, especially disabled people! He clearly could not be bothered and had no clue at how to deal with us - speaking at 100 miles per hour, back turned away and very unpleasant. He walked off without saying where he was going and I eventually had to ask where he had gone. I then saw the staff member I asked to find him, laughing with his rude colleague as he was talking to him through the open office door. When the original staff member finally returned, he would NOT listen to what we were saying at all and just repeated "well it doesn't show that on our system" and ended up shouting at me and my partner and then storming off again leaving us just sat there! The other staff member came over then and I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one on Sundays. He then asked me to tell him what we were trying to tell the other staff member and went through it step by step and we quickly understood what he was explaining and could see where WE were misunderstanding the online quotation. Why couldn't the first staff member do that? I left there feeling upset, physically sick, extremely belittled and just wanting to go home. I have taken time to reflect on our visit. I have been with O2 since O2 began - I have had almost every version of the IPHONE and NEVER have i been treated so badly. So I'd like to know if it's a problem the staff member has with women, or disabled people or both? O2 should be ashamed allowing people like him to work there!!! On top of everything else, he sold us the wrong screen protector so my partner had to go back into the store which added insult to injury. We will NEVER shop there again and we are both now considering if O2 is the type of business we want to have contracts with at all. My suggestion would be to have a base level of customer service training - your staff member yesterday clearly had NONE!

Visited 18/10/23 and was served by a very rude, disinterested woman. I wanted some help with a letter that I had received from O2 but was brushed off. I left feeling very disheartened. Seeing as my contract is due to expire I think I will take my custom elsewhere.

Lady with messy dark brown hair needs to get some lessons on customer service, clearly only working there for the sales and just sending me off to speak to the call centres. (When her colleague was able to help me with the issue the next day) and not there to help vulnerable people like myself. 02 you need to train this lady with the expectations you set and also maybe give her some lessons on how to do hair and makeup!

Unhelpful and not interested in sorting out Sim deals when wanting to change contracts. Was Referred to a call centre. What's the point of having a phone shop that can't help or engage with the public? Only interested in selling phones. Extremely Unhelpful in every way.Give it a miss

Hamza R. was fantastic! My phone broke and so I came into the store and told him I needed to get back to work ASAP. He went through the whole upgrade process, he worked out the best package and phone for me and had me set up with it in under 5 minutes whilst being friendly and professional! Thank you very much Hamza you?re a legend.

Went to store couple days ago to find out about the new iPhone was greeted by a young man called Talha he was very helpful and courteous, he broke down the prices for me in an easy way to understand what would be best for me. Thanks Talha
