Booked dogs grooming 2 months in advance, informing me cancellation one day before due to the staff is unavailable. Understood there might be emergency happened, I was asking the soonest availability, staff said need to rebook which is another 2 months later! Not happen only once!!! Unacceptable.Sending email to ask us to join VIP service, pay £300 which worth £335 credit for grooming. Excuse me! My dogs can?t enjoy any service at all!

I bought a packet of lemon scented poop bags today and when I got them home they did not smell of lemon but they did smell of plastic. I took them straight back to the shop and told the manager, I said open another box and have a smell. They did that and the next box was the same. I told them that they should take the rest of them off the shelf until head office had been informed. He refused and I insisted that he make a complaint to his superiors which he did. I pointed out that while head office decided what to do that many customers would come and buy them not knowing that they were faulty, he did not seem to care. I assume that as long as they can sell faulty goods they do not care.

Staff are proactively engaging, and rather than just ringing up sales go out of their way to make the customer aware of alternatives, special offers, etc.

Disgusting behaviour at Pets4Homes in Shirley, we are never ever late for appointments but the one time we are due to traffic we rung up to inform them and told yes that?s fine, 3 minutes later we arrive, they told me had let the next patient in before as I was late but I was to be next, then after the other patient came out (which was quickly) they then came and told me you missed your appointment so can?t be seen until 12:15This is absolute rubbish, they allow minimum 15 mins for appointments, I arrived at 11:12 the other patient came out just after 11:15 so the vet would have had booked out time with patients for at least the two appointment times taking him to 11:30He was just CHOOSING not to see me out of spite for me being late, not that he didn?t have time to see meIt makes no sense he would have had no time to see me when they had simply swapped my appointment time with the one before me letting her go in first, I could understand if we had arrived after 11:30 as that would have meant both appointment slots missedWhen I explained he got offended and wouldn?t speak to me because I was RIGHTIt?s like the appointment time slot they had switched me too suddenly disappeared!THEY TOLD ME IT WAS OK TO TO BE LATETHEY TOLD ME HAD SWITCHED TO LET IN THE OTHER PERSON FIRST AND THAT I WOULD BE NEXTTHE OTHER PATIENT STILL CAME OUT IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR HIM TO SEE ME BEFORE ANY OTHER PLANS THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRANGED FOR AFTER 11:30The receptionist and the vet were horrible to me, rude and obnoxious and could give no sensible explanationNow I have had to come away with a very ill pet because even if I had waiting until 12:15 with my anxious shaking dog (she hates the vets) as there is no way I am trusting a vet like that to treat my dog and that he would give her fair treatment after this situationThe vet should be ashamed of himself

Central location with plenty of parking. The vets here are really great, and unlike many others, they are not out to empty your wallet. The floor staff are very friendly and will remember you after only a few visits.

Just wanna give Nicky his flowers for his excellent customer service at Pets at home, Solihull. Every time i come here he shows top respect and has a lot of patience! Even today, he went out his way to give me his best advice on my new Dog, Nicky seems like he?s carrying the whole team, he also easily instructed me on getting discounts in the store/online by downloading the Pets At Home App. big up my guy once again, top man!

Great place with friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff, always on hand to give any advice or information needed.It?s nice to see happy shop staff who appear to genuinely like their jobs and other people!We have a new puppy and have been given good, solid advice without being pressured into buying anything unnecessary.Jaime helped us today and was pleasant and engaging and knew her stuff! Fabulous customer service.
