Wasted journey . The opening times are 8am -10am now . Needs to be updated . And these hours are ridiculous what about people who work who can?t get there between 8-10 . Don?t know why bother opening at all

The website says the delivery office is open on Tuesday from 8 till 2 the 4 till 7.I came today to collect a parcel assuming it would be open at 4pm. I discovered the times posted near the office were not the same as the website. There is no 4 till 7 pick up. This was confirmed by a postie who was in the parking area. I was furious a wasted journey.Please can you update the website with your opening times.

As the other review the RM website opening hours are incorrect or in the three times I?ve been there during the afternoon opening times it has always been closed. The sign outside the office says it closes at 2pm. I contacted Royal Mail twice about this and they fob you off by saying they have informed the delivery office manager.
