Bad service from Branch Manager - rude and extremely disrespectful. Losing my father and setting up a trust account has been a nightmare with this Branch Manager no clue in the world what shes doing. I have had to travel to Sutton Coldfield who rectified the issue! Useless just pounces up and down the branch being rude to customers
