The Works offers good value for money on a wide range of products. The store in Solihull is attractive, being well lit and tidy . Staff members are friendly and helpful. The store always has items related to the particular season.

There are great variety of books to choose from. Books l can?t get from my local Library. The staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

It's a large enough store with a variety of items, some great stuff for children and adults alike. Would be 4 stars if it wasn't for one of the female cashiers who seemed a bit rude and for some reason they never have any carrier bags.

Variety of stock at great prices, especially for children's books and crafts, found an awesome bubble machine for the back garden. I've always found the staff pleasant at the tills. Although it is way down the line, I'll probably be visiting here for Christmas stocking fillers.
