Out of the three members of staff I have dealt with, there is only one girl who let's this store down. Not a team player, rude customer service, never presents solutions, and just poor. The other girls who served me and spoke on the phone, great work

Today, I visited the Three store with a query, and a kind young woman attempted to assist me. However, the situation took a turn when the assistant manager arrived, displaying unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards her colleagues. The manager did not acknowledge us and spoke without respect. The assistant manager boldly asserted that she was the manager and her word was final, which I found to be extremely rude. I felt compelled to express my disapproval, advising her not to address her colleagues in such a manner in front of customers.The assistant manager lacked any commitment to providing customer service, offering incorrect information and suggesting I call customer service instead of addressing my sim replacement issue in-store. Additionally, her rudeness extended to her colleagues, reprimanding them for attempting to help. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I empathize with both the young woman and man who deserve a better work environment. I sincerely hope that the hardworking employees at the store receive the justice they deserve, and that the assistant manager faces appropriate consequences for her lack of customer service skills. It remains a mystery to me how someone with such an attitude and approach to customer service attained a position of authority in the first place.

Had a bad experience here. I was met with attitude and street talk when questioning Three?s offerings. I know it?s not the staffs fault that Three think they can treat their existing customers poorly with bad deals but the arrogance of the younger, disinterested, staff is appalling. Thankfully, I?ve now left Three.
