I visited the vision express store I was very happy especially Meera the manager she was amazing service and very kind and helpful person also she helps you choices right glasses that suit you and give you a good advice about the glasses and frames.

They have no customer service skills in this branch or even a willingness to help- having had glasses from their other branch before they don’t even allow you to access your own prescription and state ‘it’s just the way the system works’ definitely wouldn’t recommend this branch.
