0 if I could ,the wait is ridiculous for the amount of staff they have .It?s always been the same ,wouldn?t sell me iron tablets ,went to another chemist no problem .This is why doctors surgeries have no appointments because the chemists don?t pick up the slack .

This should be nil stars. Terrifyingly poor customer service from what used to be until recently a great local pharmacy. Prescriptions are rarely ready (hence the chairs now laid out in the retail area filled with grumbling customers ), vaccine appointments cancelled without warning, and the elderly told to go elsewhere because we haven?t got prescription items. All of that in one two minute visit. Come on people, either run it properly or move on.

My wife needs a certain make of drug and the staff have gone above and beyond to get them and put them aside for future prescriptions . Thank you windridge.

After waiting 20 minutes (the prescription is never ready to pick up) was told they didn't have medication in capsule form as prescribed. Asked them to provide tablets instead and was refused and told to go back to doctor. This would be a waste of doctor's and my time. Took prescription to another pharmacy who happily provided tablet form of the prescription. Had to call them on another matter and they didn't answer, it cut out 4 times after ringing for so long. Other pharmacies answer within a few rings. Unacceptaby poor service.

I attend a surgery in Knowle and require multiple repeat prescriptions. Ive signed up for the repeat service online and it says to allow 3 working days. Prescriptions were never availible so i have gradually increased the window i give to assist busy staff in getting ot ready however, now at 7 working days, they are never ready. Staff offer no apologies and request patients to come back or wait 20 mins.Additionally I queued for a prescription from the doctor sent down for my husband same day several days ago. Again not ready and 6 other customers were told the same whilst i was in the building. For such an important shop the service is unacceptable and potentially putting vulnerable people at risk.

Waited in a 30 minute queue just to be told they will have my prescription in a hour - only to come back a hour later and there missing the ones I need urgently. I paid for it which I usually don't. Only for them to tell me after I paid they don't have the ones I need. I only went here as they were in stock here but not Dorridge. Avoid here If you have a choice. They haven't even got a phone number to call. What happened to here it used to be so good now its gone to absolute.......Avoid!!!

Getting worse. Feel sorry for the Staff who are seemingly doing their best. Needs a good Manager to manage this Establishment and get it back to the excellent standard of service that it once was.What is the reason for it's decline?

Huge long queue of people waiting for prescriptions. I ask a member of staff if I need to queue for (specific item) and she nodded (didn?t even say yes).So I?m waiting for about 15 minutes just to be told they do not actually sell specific item.Thank god I went on company time so I was being paid to stand around.0 stars for customer service.

Generally a queue and slow service. Today they had received my prescription online 3 days ago and having queued for 20 mins asked to come back in 40 mins as not yet prepared or printed. Now changed my prescriptions to Tesco who are much better.
