“We contacted Jo to get some ideas for our garden whilst we are in the planning phase of an extension. We wanted to make sure the garden would work well with the house design. We completed a questionnaire and sent through some photos of things we liked. We then had a zoom call with Jo (which was really easy to book through an online portal). During the call, it was clear that she had obviously already spent time reviewing what we had sent and researching soil type, sun conditions. During the call she was very professional, was able to pull out other more subtle requirements and was warm and friendly throughout. She confirmed next steps and dates. The final 3 designs were delivered on time through email with video attachment. We were absolutely blown away with the plans she suggested, we had a preferred one obviously but all 3 met the brief. We all had an emotional response to the drawings as they captured exactly the feeling we had described and allow us to evolve our current garden through time as budget is tight.
