Brilliant guys - really helpful and knowledgable! Had my car on ramp in 2 mins and diagnosed problem immediately and showed me exact problem - required welding so unable to fix as expected. Wouldn't accept anything for the diagnosis - couldn't thank and recommend them enough :)

I had the pleasure of visiting KwikFit Stourbridge recently and I have to say, the customer service I received from one of their employee Jordan was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met.Not only did they take the time to explain all of the services that were being performed on my car, but he also gave me valuable recommendations on how to properly maintain my vehicle in the future. His knowledge and expertise truly made me feel at ease and confident in their work.Throughout the entire process, jordan was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. Following my MOT today I had an advisory on one of my rear tyres. Kwik Fit Stourbridge are always my 'go to place' for tyres. The staff are always friendly and offer advice ( for free). I popped in straight after my MOT and Brandon quoted me a fair price for 2 new rear tyres. Although they were busy he could see I was concerned so said he would get them fitted while I waited. Thank you Brandon and the team at Kwik Fit Stourbridge.

Just been to Kwik fit, as I noticed my tyre pressure warning had gone off in the car, and to top it all the car scrapped down the side in a local car park. So I'm having a disastrous day...to say the least.I'm not very knowledgeable about cars so went to my local Kwikfit in Stourbridge. The team were friendly and showed me the nail in the tyre. They explained about the ratings and showed me a good deal. Then whilst waiting , I chatted to Brandon about my scrape, he had a look , polished it getting the scratch out for me. I was so happy and this was all done to help me.This made me feel so at ease and I felt genuinely taken care of, as a customer. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.
