Rude bald member of staff.Walked in and asked to try a wine they are advertising outside. It was on the ?taste before you buy counter?I said hello, can I try this please? To which the bald man said ?are you going to buy it?? I said ?well can I try it? he said ?NO.? I asked why so abrupt and then the conversation just went downhill from there.The other gentleman with dark hair who works here is so friendly and helpful it?s a shame I will never be returning.

My father , sister and I had a very good and excellent customer service from Jack. I think Jack was excellent sommelier with detailed knowledge of wines. I would highly recommend Jack and Stourbridge Majestic wines. Thank you very much Jack and Majestic team. Best Wishes from maryam

Very informative staff, good range of wines with good discounts for box of six purchases. Came away with two bottles of brandy (one Almanac) after a couple of tastings.

No wine in the house! Only 1 place to go, Majestic Stourbridge. Great variety of wine, and Whisky! Get there, it's worth a look.

Excellent wine and excellent staff to help out too. They really know there stuff and aren't at all snobby, we go for 6 at a time as you get a better price and pay supermarket prices for a much better product.Honestly, ask for some recommendations or even try a sample, well worth it.

Very knowledgeable manager. Asked what we liked & what we wanted to spend per bottle & provided us with a number of options. The descriptions that he gave for each wine showed enthusiasm as well as knowledge. We were also treated with courtesy & consideration.

What a lovely place, they have an impressive selection of wine. Went in to get 1 bottle and came out with 4 beautiful wines. The staff are so helpful and helped pick out exactly what I wanted. Got to sample 6 wines, loved every minute of it.

Really nice to be greeted like a valued customer, excellent help and advice as and when you need it but otherwise you're left alone to browse at your leisure. Best prices when you mix any six bottles of wine, delivery service available too
