Theiveing liars asked for a replacement item they didn?t put it and changed my order. I called to complain and was lied to and told my order was picked up. I was told I?d have to start a whole new order to get what I paid for they clearly are just money hungry freaks trying to take advantage of people. Disgusting service will be reporting to tesco and Uber eats about unprofessional rude behaviour from staff.

I would like to put in a formal complaint about the rude,horrible short blonde lady in the post office, several times have been spoken down to and today for her to purposely drop my parcel on the floor when it says fragile all over the box, to then continue with a bad attitude to customers, absolutely appalling customer service!!!!!

Definitely becoming a much more caring and friendly environment than a couple of years ago, in my opinion anyway, unfortunately just a couple of employees that for all I knowcould of had a really bad day or personal struggles, it was just really embarrassing getting told to leave my local shop I've been using longer than the one lady who was extremely rude by not only, lying telling me the post office in there doesn't exchange foreign currency but then got the poor elderly manager involved just because I got my phone out to show her on their site, and he obviously not being aware of how it initially transpired quite rightly stood up for his empowee and joined in with her raised voice to tell (shout at) me to get out. But like I said I still even today stayed loyal to the store and bought an E cig. Partly due to my loyalty but mainly due to how the couple of newer staff, mainly the 1 Asian late shift worker and the 2 Asian lads, lovely people that have helped spread the kindness of their unjudgementle spirits. So yeah sorry for the long ramble but I have to give credit where credit is due, everyone deserves a second chance and only then can one learn from one mistakes!! So yeah from a 1 star rating to a 4 out of 5. Lovely shop One stop. As the name implied, they did it once and stopped??

Been shopping here for many years but the staff on monday evening are rude spend most of there times on there phones and can't be bothered to help they would rather spend time in in the back and not with there customers

The business, TRULY isn't open 24 hours, - THERE IS... a WINDOW service, and there is an in HOUSE service....Opening times usually should count as where a customer can enter a premise and shop.There should be more review stating that a custom after the hours of 11PM to 6AM aren't able to use card, but ONLY CASH- even during COVID...- That being said, review!

OK let's start with positive the post office counter is in side spar store which has many yummy things to eat.There is free parking out side store.Now let's focus on post office. Its great there is a local one. But I feel the staff need to go with times. In old days post office staff was always known to be grumpy. But I've used many around West Midlands. Its sad to say this post office still living in past. Barley any customer service. And having bit off plastic screen does not mean they do not need to wear a mask. It's for their and are safety.After doing couple parcles I felt like I just been to head master's.Its cost nothing to be polite with a nice manner.Rather than talking to you like a child.But again plus side for oaps who live local they can pop into shop and also post office

Usually ok, although I am not a regular. However, my last visit was marred by a very unhelpful gentleman at the post office. I was even told that they would not send my envelope on my way out ?... Well we'll see. These folks really need to think again about messing with The Royal Mail ??????
