I do not appreciate the driver of vehicle FN62 VCF driving right over my driveway to do a delivery over the road!!! I don't care if it's a 5 minute delivery or 5 hour delivery!! He blocked me in and certainly wasn't in any hurry to move!!

Had a good experience with the staff here, very helpful in advising me with what equipment i'd need and then located the invoice a number of months after the transaction.

Staff are clueless compared to other climate centres ive been in. Thats if they can even be bothered to serve you, last time practically stood there like a Lemon for 10 mins before one of them actually got out of their seats and asked what I needed. I won't be using this climate center again. HRP & other plumbers merchants are on the same industrial estate so I'll be using them in the future.
