Honestly sick to the back teeth of this pharmacy, they say wait for the text to say your prescription is ready which very rarely comes, majority of the time when you go your prescription isn?t ready or they can?t find it unless you push for it then magically it?s already bagged up ready to go, nobody ever answers the phone and everytime you go in there?s at least 2 members of staff hanging around doing nothing that could be answering. I?m surprised they haven?t been shut down yet they?re honestly awful and getting worse every month that passes

They are always out of stock of medicines.So many people work there, yet never answer the phone.. why is they? Is there a PIP pharmacist who can prescribe certain things ? The onlygood one there and that's Julie. She works hard and is always pleasant

Take ages to answer the phone and when they do one person had no idea what another person is doing. Absolutely useless and incompetent. No idea how to talk to the customer at all .

It's a pity they can't clone Julie! Unless she's on there's always a problem. Two young women on and despite the notice saying closing for lunch at 1pm decided to close it at 12:53. Firstly, they said they didn't have time, my prescription was already prepared so then they tried "the pharmacist has gone" which I do appreciate but the pharmacist must have been there 1 second before that otherwise the person leaving with their prescription couldn't have been served. So put on the door "doing as we like when Julie isn't here!"

Holding on the phone for over 25 minutes, no response. Very poor service, totally unacceptable when trying to check urgent prescriptions are ready. Some us have to work for a living, and need top know before we turn up to find not ready or actually misplaced, needs to be managed by someone who actually cares.

Doesn?t answer the phone, I don?t mean they take ages I mean they simply don?t answer. In hold for 3h 16m today, yesterday was 2h58 minutes, then you get cut off. Always the same. Reported to the General Pharmaceutical Council and I would encourage others to do the same. This is beyond poor care

Arrived 7 mins before lunch break to locked door then told Pharmacist already has stuff to do, could take my prescription but then come back after 2pm Complete shambles.

Very bored of having to wait in the pharmacy every time for my daughters prescription as they will not make it up ahead of time. Tried calling to get it made up for collection and spent 30 minutes on the phone listening to call waiting music, going to have to go in and sit and wait around again like always.How can they not get organised?How can they claim to be a good pharmacy when so many reviews say the phone is never picked up. Such a complete waste of patients time.

Absolute shambles recently, not sure what has happened. Word of advice, if something isn?t broken it?s probably best to not attempt to fix it. There are some great and helpful staff at this place but the majority are rude. Not fulfilling prescriptions is the biggest issue, they owed my mother an item from her prescription, we made two attempts to collect this, the third time a very inexperienced staff member basically said we can?t get it tough. So when asked to provide a copy of the prescription so we could collect from elsewhere she said she couldn?t and it had to be re requested from the GP, this is despite it already being issued by the GP. Shambles. Not sure if they have had a change of management but something is definitely not right. Always have meds in box?s all over the floor too, just looks a mess and chaotic. I hope it gets inspected soon. We will be moving pharmacy.

Your staff don't what there doing.Went for needs only to told there nothing for me. By two staff. Only to go in there two later there a script with diffent staff on. Even had the bar code of the doctor to scan the script.Staff Don't want to help. Always a massive queue to be served. Don't answer the telephone.Always an issue with missing meds which you requires return visit.

Nothing but an absolute bunch of liar's, every time you go for prescription they tell you it's on order. You go back and just continue with the lies .
