As per previous reviews, my experience was poor due to rude staff lacking in basic common courtesy. The attitude from the supercilious woman that served me left me flabbergasted. I'll never set foot in there again - Lazy Hill PO from now on.

I cannot believe the dreadful experience I've just had here!I parked, walked in at 11.am and saw i was the only customer, three people were looking at me from behind the counters. I showed my old passport and asked if i could do a digital renewal here.One member of staff called me to him, and explained, they are really busy, the service would take ten minutes and they'll have another staff member at 12.30, could I call back then?I considered sitting in my car for an hour and a half, then looked around, I was the only one in the shop.Confused, I walked out, drove to Brownhills High St and had a superb customer experience from the one member of staff on duty.She was very efficient, I'm guessing it was nearer five minutes and it was completed.One digital Passport renewal, all complete. The customer service in this branch is atrocious. I had several things to do at the post office this morning. I arrived 20 minutes after they had opened for the day so it wasn't like the woman on the desk had worked a long and difficult shift, nor was it very busy (three people in including myself). From the off I was spoken to rudely and abruptly whilst trying to complete a task for the first time including "for God sake" being uttered under her breath when I went to tap and pay instead of inserting my card - something that I wasn't aware I needed to do until after the remark. I don't know what exactly I did to be spoken to in such a derogatory manner. I would highly recommend that the staff in this branch undergoes some training in customer service, how to speak to people and creating a welcoming environment because this isn't the first time this has happened and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I think that Aldridge Post Office.....certainly needs to retrain their staff....utterly disgusting.....VERY abrupt....lack any form of manners.....they totally seem put out if asked any questions.....considering that they are classed as a main Post Office they most definitely DO NOT address themselves as one!From a VERY dissatisfied customer!

Really disappointed with the level of customer service. I am understanding of busy periods but sometimes helping people, and going only a little bit beyond the realm of a standard service could go a long way.I asked to return an item, and I was told ?we can?t do that here and I?ve done this for ten years?, rather than inform me of how to do something properly and only dismissing me is not really an expected level of service.Fortunately, I went next door to the postal pick up service and the person there was fantastic, helped me navigate the app to gain a barcode, printed it and had it sent off for me within 2 minutes.

Recently renewed both my wife's and my own passport. Excellent service and INSISTED on placing the two individual Passport office envelopes inside a single envelope to Pass Port office, so saving me £7.00+ in signed for postage ! New passports arrived in 6 days

I needed to renew my driving licence but as I don't have a passport I couldn't do so online. Staff were helpful and efficient, processed my application on a tablet including taking a new photograph then destroyed my previous licence and returned it to DVLA for me.I was given a receipt that acted as a temporary licence and was told I'd receive my new licence in 2 weeks; it arrived in 3 days! Couldn't ask for an easier service.

The delivery office is a joke, it?s only open 2 hours a day, 8am- 10am so any working person can?t pick up their parcel until the next day or at worst the weekend if the DO can?t be bothered to take the parcels to the post office adjacent before they close for the dayIt?s simply not good enough

I dont normally write reviews but this needs to be said, i took my passport application in for a renewal check and send right from the off there was clearly an issue when i mentioned i wanted it sent to my parents address which according to the leaflet you can do if you provide proof of you at the address which i did i had a bill the lady said they dont check your address they do check your address because it tells you in the leaflet then they had an isssue with my hair colour because its not the same colour as in the picture its light blonde in the picture its dark blonde now the style is still the same then there was an issue with the fridge apparently you cant have a fridge even though my old one i had the same fridge i dont know if it was just about charging you to take more pictures i cant say but i wasnt going to pay for more i got in my car drove to the post office in Brownhills NO ISSUE AT ALL walked in with the same documents same photos again served by a lady she checked them against the guidelines checked my old passport looked at me against my old passport checked photos for size ect paid for check and send i was in and out in around 8 mins even when i applied for my first passport in Great Barr no issues then either...STAY AWAY if your applying for a passport or passport renewal....17/03/23 just an update to say i have had my new passport thru with the photo on that this branch declined.
