After contacting customer services last week, I was advised I could return my faulty air fryer, back to store for a full refund, I returned the air fryer today to you Asda Living store, and I am very unhappy with the service I have received by the store manager, she said that I cannot return to store as it needs a Manual, the air fryer is faulty and under warranty, why on earth do you need to send the manual back with it, when I queried this and shown her the message, that I received from customer services, she told the lady on the till to refund me, she is so rude and arrogant, she clearly needs some customer service training herself, very poor!

Would love to put all details of my whole horrendous experience. I keep it simple for customers who shop there. Accidentally picked up 3 PAYG SIMS along other home shopping, before payment, I asked the cashier if they were at £1, she said yes, but as soon I paid, I looked at the receipt and one of them was charged £20. My bad that I didn't see this was not £1. Within seconds, I immediately waited at another cashier for a refund as it was a mistake for both parts (myself - as I didn't see properly and the cashier who said yes they were at £1each). Out of 4 cashiers one male staff tried to help calmly but other three including the one who served me denied the statement and refused after looking at each other what to do, telling me that I have activated in less than 20secs! how can I activate a sim if I didn't open it yet and you need to be superman to activate in 20secs!, time is on the receipt!) being also rude at speaking me. I didn't utter a single word of swearing or raised my voice or even thought about getting angrier or such things. [...] Really the staff being liars (try to be manager when clearly the person was not and retracted her words), disrespectful, dishonest, incompetents (perhaps xmas temps!) and on top of that, before I even speak to the Manager, she came to me arrogantly as if I have killed her staffs.[...]. I would not name and shame as contrary to them I respect their bread winning jobs. I was refunded in the end. Some parts of the store is really a mess (literally mess and in pricing - displayed price is different at the counter). It doesn't look like who ever is in charge care much about it. Good luck.

A well stocked Asda Living store located on a busy retail park.The store wasn't too busy when we called, but there was a fair queue forming at the checkouts.The staff are friendly and helpful.They don't offer the park for free option at this store, so if you're only shopping here, you need to pay for parking.

Very poor service today just needed to be in and out within 10 minutes so I can avoid parking charge unfortunately took 30plus minutes and 3 announcements and then they had 3rd till operator on board which is totally unacceptable service

Often have to wait over 10 minutes in the queue, never enough staff on the tills. Please invest in some self scanners.

As someone who has worked for Asda (who are a great company) the service from some of the colleagues in this store is diabolical. They need to be retrained in customer service especially the apparent SL Connor, who has no empathy nor a basic level of understanding. Ridiculous. Wont be returning, which is a shame, they are letting the brand down.

I went there 2 days back and ordered iced cappuccino at costa shop in asda living walsall..15 to 20 minutes later after having it I started abdominal cramps and severe abdominal pain..and after sometime diarrhea started..this never happened to me from any other Costa shop..I think there was something wrong with the milk or the ice..I still have upset stomach after 2 days..

Store is ok but won't be going to. shop there again because you have to pay for parking with an app and the cowboys who run the parking I wouldn't trust

This review for the cafe in Asda living not Asda living store?I went there today around 3:15pm with my husband who I wheelchair and finds it hard to say what he wants and we with my family as well we ask the manger Sonya do you still do £1.00 drinks and she said yeah but I was looking at board and she goes in rude away so what you getting then and my husband was rushed to buy a drink he disabled can?t think fast and she was like are getting anything then but with attitude and we had are drink and my husband in wheelchair she then came over 10 minutes later says get out and take your things we are closed so my husband who has PTSD and she coming over screaming that and scared him and made him spill he drink why it was hot and my husband had to carry he drink and drive he electric wheelchair but it?s hot and could burn he skin?Sonya you need to learn have respect and act professional unfortunately now my husband will not eat in Asda living cafe again?Thanks Sonya
