Worst customer service, bought contracted sim .Changed my mind to cancel it. First been told to bring paper work and same staff Dean said we not going to cancel it . I did said it says on here that you can cancel it but he said sorry we don?t cancel it.Some shops down go 3three and get better service.Lost a loyal customer

Very bad customer experience. Went their to buy an apple watch. They brought sealed boxes and told me these r the watches u can't open. Acted like bra8n dumb idiots. Don't go there and waste ur time..

They are serious criminals. I asked them to change the email address on my broadband account and send me a new contract with double the price without my consent. Soon I will contact for them to prosecution authorities.

I visited today (Sat 11th Nov) at approx 14:30. There was a issue in me not receiving my sim. I spoke to a chap called Sham.He was excellent. He resolved my issue in a timely manner, he was professional, courteous and engaging. Above all, he got my sim activated for me and ensure I left with my problem fully resolved.Well done EE and thank you Sham!

Visited this store regarding a EE issue and had to wait half an hour to be served. The staff couldn't resolve my issue and looked unbothered.

Staff sitting around playing with their phones, was asked to go in store. Door greeter. Immediately passed me to another staff member who was not happy to deal with query but dealt with it regardless.Ee is a good company but staff lack enthusiasm. And make the store feel unwelcoming.

Went into store this morning for a replacement sim. We spoke with Ryan who quickly sorted this issue and got the phone back up working in minutes. He's a credit to the store.

Excellent service in store.My sim had failed whilst holidaying abroad and I could not use my data, phone line or messaging service.Straight to EE in Walsall, explained what had happened and that I was also out of contract so had been meaning to discuss an upgrade with them and a new phone.The gentleman serving took time to view my user history and helped in deciding if it would be advantageous to me to have the latest model which we both agreed wouldn?t be necessary for what I need and use the phone for.I came away with a new phone, upgraded contract and feeling that the customer service was spot on and was in the interest of the customer.Thank you Jojhar for making what I thought would be a long, frustrating process the absolute opposite. All sorted with ease and reassured that if I had any issue switching the phones over, they?d be more than happy to help.
