Ordered a new bike from Halfords website to be collected from this store. Then was told they only had a display model (which was not advertised on the site). On sending a relative down to collect it, the bike was in terrible condition, and we refused to accept it. Then we were told the order couldn?t be refunded as the order had been marked as collected on their system (despite saying we wanted to inspect it first). Still not received my money back as I can?t make it to the store (it?s 200 miles away and was ordered there for Christmas). Currently getting a chargeback with my bank. Lesson learnt, don?t order from Halfords online and collect from a store - it?s not the same inventory. And if they offer you a display bike you can guarantee it?ll have been ridden more times than an adult movie star. People wonder why high street shops are declining and Amazon is winning. It?s for this very reason. Bad operations, bad systems, bad products disguised as new. The only chance of me buying a bike from Halfords again is if I decide I want to ride myself off a cliff. And then they?d probably try and sell you that very bike as a display model. Anyway, happy new year. Please invite me to your closing down party, it won?t be long.

Very helpful stuff at Halfords bescot Retail Park. Change my brake bulb in 10 minutes went to the Walsall Town Center Halford frist they turned me away. and told me to come back tomorrow . Well never ues Walsall town centre Halford ever again . And i recommend my friends and families not use that one in Walsall town centre very bad management

Ordered my items, took over 11 days and still no message, email or text to explain. Revisited and re ordered filter still no contact from Halfords to say it had arrived or not. The only saving grace, was the lady Heidi she was exactly how a shop assistant should be. Especially in this day and age when most people are buying from the net.She was very polite and very helpfull. Thank you for that.I didn't feel i should give any moore than one starr as i was lead to belive by Halfords my items were in stock and could be collected in two days.Once arrived from warehouse.Keep people up to date on whats going on.

Don?t back their Halfords Battery guarantee. AA and my local garage have told me it?s the Battery but Halford?s ?test? tells them it isn?t ? avoid this companyEdit in reply to comment - I sent a complaint about last Wednesday and I?m yet to receive a call or an Email.Another edit (11/11/23): went back into for some spark plugs and I see a couple going through the exact same thing I was ? this company is laughable.

Had what I needed. Friendly staff and no queue. The retail park it's in is run down, but it does the job.Large, free car park, but there is often a queue to leave because the road it's on is busy and it's hard to pull out.

Bought head light and rear brake light both under £5 break was pack of 2. Payed for fitting which was £9 per light. They were fitted quickly and professionally

I popped in to ask if a member of staff could help me remove an isofix car seat as I have arthritis and could not remove it myself despite my efforts. The lady I spoke to as I entered the store immediately got someone to help me. The seat was removed by a polite young man (think he was name Josh) instantly. I was not pressured into making a purchase, just helped with the issue I was having. He even offered to put the car seat in my boot once removed. It's great to know that old fashioned, high quality customer service still exists. Thank you Halfords Bescot!
