It looks like Bristol Water have sold their customer database to HomeServe as I'm now receiving junk through the postDon't use HomeServe, they are just going to bleed money out of you and mess you around when you call on their services. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been paying £28/month since 2017. Accumulating to £2300ish. I today had boiler issues, after being sent in circles for 1hr I was told that my policy is not covered for my issue which is an L2 error code on a combi boiler.
