Where too begin, one of the managers i think her name is Rebecca is so rude i asked her where the Under Armour were and she just pointed to some corner then just walked off totally ignoring me, as a manager they should hold the upmost respect as they know customer service works but i think Rebecca just two faced her way too managerial position.

Great selection of trainers but none selected in the right size. Poor assistant really sorry couldn't even find stock showing on PDA.

Went in the other week to pick up a parcel. The staff were shouting my details across the floor to confirm the details o m the parcel. While I was waiting two staff members continuously swore in front of me, talked about the females staff members weekend and their general lack of care for their jobs.

Price and quality of goods are brilliant however I believe staff could be more helpful to shoppers with hidden disabilities.

Rang them to see if they had a nike junior size 6 in white with blue tick oh yes we have will reserve them for you. Drive 20 miles get there and they are plain white. Complained and got a shrug of the shoulders and a oh...... not impressed ?
