Utterly terrible service. Items continually missing from repeat prescriptions and excessive waiting times to collect prescriptions. Why does it routinely take 15 minutes to pick up a bag from a shelf and pass it to a customer? One one occasion I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours to collect a prescription that had been placed a week earlier. Whenever there is an issue you always end up feeling like you?ve been lied to. We had to start placing orders online as we couldn?t trust the staff to actually place repeat orders, despite watching them fill out the repeat order boxes, as one one occasion we were flat out lied to when it came time to collect a repeat prescription that ?hadn?t been ordered?. They will always deny their screwups and it?s only ever the patient that loses out. There had been some hope that now the Pharmacy has been taken over by Jhoots things might change for the better but no, unfortunately it appears the problems aren?t down to the business owners or their systems but the staff members themselves (who are the same). The most recent repeat prescription was missing Sukkarto SR, we waited almost a week after collecting the rest of the items and were then told it was still unavailable and would a generic alternative be ok? After reluctantly accepting and the pharmacy having requested the prescription be altered, they still couldn?t provide the generic medication (would you not check first?)! To add insult to injury, the repeat quantity was incorrectly changed as part of the pharmacy?s request to change to a generic drug but the staff member at this pharmacy didn?t care at all. Essentially the response was ?well you?ll have to sort out the mess we created yourself with the doctors surgery?. Having now sorted out their mess and had the repeat prescription restored to its original state, within 1 hour I was able to collect the original prescribed drugs from a different pharmacy less then 3 miles away. So there is no supply issue, what a surprise (note the use of sarcasm). We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Picked up my medication in the morning before Xmas break and normally pick up 42 tramadol! a sealed box of 30 and a box of 12 in one of there own boxes. Realised in the evening the 30 box was missing. I rang them and was told to take medication back down you could quite clearly see there was no room in bag for that 30 box of tramadol and because I'd taken some out of 12 box she was she was obsessing over that and saying she didn't give them me like this I said obviously I'd been taking them through the day but she wasn't having any of it and obsessing over the opened box of 12 instead of sorting my 30 box surely to god they are a controlled drug so have to be acounted for on computer etc.. someone in that pharmacy have taken them and i will be taking it further. They all look down onyou in there and constantly make remarks which are not very professional, theythink there above you when there not. I will get to the bottom of this they have CCTV and meds have to be accounted for. Circus crew?

The level of service from this pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Despite having the same prescription every 2 months, they still manage to completely mess it up "every single time" . Totally incompetent and unsafe practice. Manager should be sacked.

They should be close up for their lack of skills and ever-imminent problems. 9 days ago they gave me the wrong medicine, yesterday they lost my prescription for the right medicine and now I have to spend the whole day in the hospital to get my medicine because the pharmacist couldn't give me the medicine without the prescription which they lost !! This is not acceptable! How can you lose a prescription in the 21st century where everything is electronic?! You are clowns, not pharmacists. You should shut down this business befire they end up killing someone over these all mistakes.

If I could give it a 0 I would.Needed to get some Paramol that on the price under the product was £8.99, put the product through till and it was £10.99. The lady who served me needs to go to Customer Service School. I said it's wrong price she said all prices have gone up just not had time to change them.There's never a time where you for wait for am hour for prescription and there's staff out the back so can't see why it's so bad in there.

I?m normally the kind of person who only ever leaves positive reviews on businesses but sadly, on this occasion, I feel so strongly that I have had to express my feelings publicly.This pharmacy literally never pick up the phone whenever I have rang. (I even rang while standing inside the store to see what would happen and still nothing). They haven?t got a rush in them. The queue is all the way around the shop whenever I have been in there.There are always a number of other disgruntled customers in there having to try and sort out their own situation with some distress.Twice in a matter of weeks I have waited the best part of an hour to be told they don?t have the item I require.I?ve now moved pharmacies and can feel my stress levels reducing dramatically for having done so.Such a shame they are attached to Rushall Medical practice as I have always been happy with the surgery?s service.

Awful, use another pharmacy. Myself and 5 other customers waited over 30 minutes to pick up our prescriptions, half of the prescriptions were incomplete or incorrect or they were only given half of what they ordered because of a supply issue. The pharmacists were not hurrying and never apologised once. Really poor service.

just changed to another pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions, absolutely shocking service, always short staffed, always queues out the door leaving you waiting over an hour for meds only for them to turn round half the time and say they can't find them on the system, and the staff are some of the most arrogant you're ever likely to meet. So disorganised and every single member looks at the people that rely on them (probably to stay alive in some cases) with total disdain, like they're being inconvenienced by all these "selfish" sick people.Avoid like the plague, go to any other pharmacy but this one, no matter how desperate you may be.

I've been a customer of this Pharmacy for many years, before "covid " you couldn't fault it. But since there's been a change in the staff and they are worse than useless, no one answering the phone, long waits, items short so you have to go back, you are treated like they are doing you a favour serving you. Lloyd's have forgotten WHO the CUSTOMER is.Excuses are the patches with which we repair the garment of FAILURE.GET A GRIP!!!
