Been here nearly 2hrs hrs....on time for booking.... finally being tipped....BUTToo much chit-chat and interruptions leading to pallets being rechecked again...which leads to more lorries waiting.....like we've nothing else better to do...... allow 3hrs minimum

Useless place to deliver, two separate yard with no indication as to what yard you are supposed to go too. Go to the wrong one and it's potentially a couple of hours before you can get out. The bloke that comes out to see you at one yard is of absolutely no help whatsoever.May as well have asked the question to the trailers that's dotted around the yard making turning around more difficult than it should be.The management need to sort this place out. But I guarantee that nothing will be done at all.
