“Popped here with my husband on a late Sunday afternoon, being the only one that seemed to be open, after he had been bitten or stung by something. The location of the store is amongst terraced houses, and parking isn’t the best unfortunately. Luckily there was one tight gap. Saw the pharmacist who advised we go straight to hospital.”

“We always struggled to get repeat prescriptions for a 4yr old, as you could only ring the doctors between certain times, and then be in a phone queue for up to 30 minutes, sometimes not getting through. Signing up to 118 Pharmacy has taken all the stress out. Easy to order a repeat prescription and they deliver, but above an beyond, someone has just delivered a Cadbury selection box for him, from them, for Christmas. Amazing! and thank you!”

“I always support independent pharmacies and after losing faith in an Aldridge pharmacy chose to have my prescriptions electronically sent to Broadway. My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner and when repeats are issued without my knowledge they ring me to arrange collection. The staff and pharmacists are both pleasant and professional and always helpful with queries. As there main prescribing business is with the medical centre over the road I can understand why they elect to close at weekends but for those needing prescriptions filled early Morrisons pharmacy is open 7 days a week. I have no hesitation in recommending Broadway pharmacy.”

To make things more friendly and comfortable I think they should workout on English which is spoken in most of the countries.”

“Went to get a Flu vaccination. Had booked an appointment online. You can book a vaccination online (via NHS website).Very pleased with the way it was carried out. Very efficient nurse or qualified person who injected me.Was very reassured by the quality of care. Was asked questions to check I was eligible for a free vaccination (which I was). And done very quickly.Found out if you relax the muscles in your arm, it won't hurt. So I learned something that helped me.Pharmacy was not crowded. I was able to sit down and wait for the vaccination to be carried out. This is a good service.I recommend this if you don't want to have this done at your GP's surgery. Other pharmacies provide this service too.Information is on the NHS website, if you look online on the website and find the page about vaccinations. Then look for pharmacies that provide this service in your local area.I would be happy to do this again. ???”

“I am very surprised to read the bad reviews about this pharmacy because I have always had a very positive service. The pharmacy is a 1 minute walk from where I live and I have resided in this area for 7 years, so I use this pharmacy on a regular basis. When you are on prescribed medication, when ordering more, the pharmacy always send you a text message to tell you to collect. I love the fact that the pharmacy is right next door to the GP surgery. I like the discounted offers. In the past, I have spoken to the pharmacist, who has kindly given me advice on a medical issue. If my tablets run out without me realising, the pharmacy have been brilliant in giving me a few extra tablets until the full prescription is ready (they then deduct this from prescription order). This has really helped me. Recently, I purchased a verruca cream and the label stated a cheaper price to what I was charged. I realised the next day, so I went back. The staff explained that the label hadn’t been updated and kindly gave me a part refund, so I paid what the label originally stated. Brilliant service! I notice that the pharmacist’s change a lot, as I see a lot of new faces, but as long as they are professional and helpful, it doesn’t matter. Thank you for a great service!”
