Tried to withdraw money from my bank account and didn't give me the money even though it took it out of my account. Then I asked someone in branch and they said they couldn't do anything even though it was there cashpoint.

Came here a few months ago, I was taken ill and the lady was lovely, she got me water and fanned me to keep me cool then kept coming back to me to make sure I was okay, I left in an ambulance.

I went to branch I wanted to give them money to open up an ISA they said nobody available, do it online, at ,72 years old I do not use the internet it's to complicated for me so I went elsewhere

Everytime I have have been to this bank there us a long cue5 couters are available but only 2 in operationAnd they take an average of 15 to 2o minutes per 3 customer it's absolutely ridiculous

went into the Walsall branch to speak to an advisor. spoke with a young lady who was in my opinion disrespectful, unhelpful and spoke in a derogatory manner. I informed her I was clearly wasting my time trying to discuss anything with her and left. If that's the kind of service you like or feel acceptable then that is the place to go, otherwise I would suggest avoiding the place.I don't think I will be banking with them for much longer.

Hi I opened an account with Santander June 2012 and still attached with this. Staff of this bank is very helpful and supportive. I have also online banking that is also wonderful and easy.

Bring a book or have plenty of charge on your phone because you're guaranteed a wait in the queue. Five tills with only one or two ever open
