Went to the store to collect a parcel and they close at 5:30pm, due to me being a NHS worker I got there at 5:33pm to collect a order. There was still staff in the store and rejected to let me collect my parcel as they were closed. Not very happy with this customer service as all i needed to do was collect a parcel. How ridiculous, would not order from there again !!

Quite small but clearly laid out and quite good for keeping distance from others too. Nice friendly staff. Prices for at the moment too!I just wish they'd stop pushing their overpriced batteries at every opportunity: same at every Entertainer store.

Lovely safe shopping experience. Limited people allowed in shop. No ques which was a bonus. Plenty of stock we got what we were looking for. A bonus staff were extremely helpful.
