One of the best carvery?s I have had in a long time. Service was quick and we was made to feel very welcome with polite service. Bar service was quick also. Amie and Jamie both dealt with us lovely.

Our server Olivia was the best thing. Would not recommend 12 O clock for Sunday lunch as meat was dry and vegetables were overcooked or cold.

Great carvery. The lady who served us was excellent. It was quiet when we went, so plenty of parking (just don't forget to enter your registration at the terminal inside). The only downsides were the decor (it's a bit tatty in places) and there wasn't any gammon available. Definitely going back.

Visited on new year day with family. Amie was our waitress who was very kind and attentive. Kieron served us at the carvery and was equally as helpful. Food was very nice with food replenished regularly. Very good experience. Will return.

I've decided to order too good to go for the first time. It tasted quite nice, loads of meat but I am not sure how fresh it was. The stomach pains and cramps were just horrendous. Not to mention that food made me sickNever

It really was poor quality food, I know expectations are fairly low but still. Anyway, it was clean and the staff were pleasant so not all bad.

What an absolute shambles of a Toby, you can have a minimum of three meats is what is stated in the menu, came here in memory of my nan as she passed away, they only had gammon and turkey left out of four different meats, i can't have turkey and the gammon I hardly touch as it was rather dry, ended up with one meat a potato and a few carrots as the rest of the food went hard under the heat lamps. My partner who is deaf asked for a Yorkshire pudding when he didn't receive it and my mum asked for him to have one only for the guy to turn round and say he didn't ask for one when he did. Wouldn't come here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. The ladies who work here are lovely and very helpful and understanding, but the food and the chef behind cutting the meat wasn't friendly or nice at all. There must have been no communication between front of house staff and the kitchen, spoke to the lovely lady on the front who was unaware of the situation and when asked it was the first she had heard of it. For a Friday night being not that busy and in rememberance of my nan who loved to come here, it was appalling. Worst carvery I've ever had.4 pieces of the same meat when the normal for having all 4 is 3 pieces of each is unacceptable.

Very poor today. No mash potato....roast potatoes were dry roasted not been cooked in fat at all very hard no taste. Gammon bland no taste. Carrots miscoloured more brown than orange....waitresswas lovely though. Very short staffed today. I usually love toby but it qill be a long time before i go again. Girst time i have left there feeling hungry!!!!

Almost £30 worth of food had to be dashed .We ordered to take out and after eating a small portion I discovered a long strand of hair in the gravy we also found lil bits of hair in other places of the food . It isn't covered and members of the public are often leaning right over the dish ..shame we had to settle for beans on toast on a Sunday won't be be eating here again as not hygienic and no compensation offered by management which means they don't take accountability when should !

Absolutely shocking service. We got there at 7pm and it was nearly 10pm by the time we eventually got our deserts?. I asked for them to be bagged up and that took yet another 30 mins as they had just abandoned them in the kitchen. I asked for the waitress name but refused point blank to give it. The waitress lack of communication was bad, not collecting plates, not really bothered with us. Terrible place will not be going again.

Positives:Food was excellent and when getting served was top notch by those behind the counter as well as Amie who served us our drinks was quick and very helpful which made us feel welcome. I would recommend this place to friends and family!!Negative:When trying to get a table the queues were piling up while the bar staff just watched and chatted amongst themselves. Which to me is not good service.Overall for a Sunday dining service 4stars!Parking: You must enter reg when you walk in.

Lovely atmosphere, we hadn't been here for quite some time having moved away, it hadn't changed that much, which was lovely as its always felt homely but tonight seemed special as it was packed full of people due to a black Friday 50% offer. We were early, so we had a couple of drinks while we waited. I wanted a bloody Mary but were told that it wasn't available, so I had an Appletieze instead. Forgetting the normal carvery, I opted for the Salmon and Prawn Wellington, which was delicious and recommended!To this I could choose veg from the carvery which had all the usual choices.Highly recommended
