The staff at Walsall are an asset to the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I can always get what i need here (or they can order it). It never seems busy which is a shame, hope it can keep going.

Absolutely love spending my time and money at Waterstones. Myself and my partner value this shop as it always has our favourite books for a lot cheaper than elsewhere. The staff are always welcome and my children love coming to look and choose books for themselves, even taking their grandparents inside when they take the girls out without us. I will always recommend Waterstones to everyone and anyone. It is one of my all time favourite places to be.

Lovely place. The guy on the till was very friendly and helpful, clearly interested in his job. The selection here is not massive, but it's not a massive shop. All the best sellers are there, though. Location is absolutely great in Walsall town centre.

This is such a lovely shop and we are so glad it's here in town. Huge selection of fiction and non fiction and kids, YA and manga. Staff are quick to help if needed.

Absolutely fantastic staff, always willing to give a hand and help recommend where necessary. Nice to delve into a book or two with conversation and it never feels like they're just rushing you at all. It is becoming a bit of a guilty pleasure going in and buying books - if anything I'd say the staff have kept me from the infamous amazon - always great to support your book store!
