Very good experience the shop assistant where so helpful the delivery was also very good and the products, bed base and headboard are very good quality so very happy from start to finish with everything also very good with letting you know every procedure on you phone ( e. mail) thank you .

Pity there are no stores in Birmingham anymore and are forced into going to this overcrowded retail park. The store us fine sales people friendly helpful and plentiful.

Rob was very helpful when helping my partner and I look for a bed and mattress. He asked us what we were looking for and provided us with some great options and then allowed us to have a look around ourselves. We then come back to him and he gave us all our options financially and what offers they had on. He made this experience a great one. We left with a smile on our face and another thing checked of the list. Thank you

Just brought a bed unsure what it going to be like or not have to wait and see customer service good soon as I walked through the door approached shown a 3 different beds then 3 of the same bed soft Firm extra firm of cause brought a bed because of health conditions

Was after a specific bed shown in a sale but, when we got there, hmmm, not what I was expecting and not for us. However the salesman we had showed us around a few more and we finally opted for a much better bed. Sure, more expensive but so much better than we were going for. All in all a great experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

Went in with my wife just looking getting a feel for what's in our price range and what we want in a brand new bed.Walk though the doors greeted by a member of staff hello is there anything I can help you with. My wife replied no thank you were just looking at the moment member of staff then followed us around listening in commenting over the top of our conversation. As we're about to leave the member of staff said to a colleague those two over there are going to be difficult pointing to us as myself and wife spotted.So we went next door to dreams better experience and friendly staff.

Went in for a mattress, narrowed it down between 1 here and 1 at dreams nearby. The guy seeing after us didn't pressure us and left us alone to pick our favourite.We ended up with one from here purely down the price although others should be aware that delivery and current removal adds up.
