Cycling accessories wise it's terrible and has been for ages, everything I wanted they either didn't have size or no stock. Only purchased two items could have been 8 or 9 .

Fantastic customer service. Didn't have a clue about which electric bike to get my son. Oli and Reynolds helped with everything he needed to set him up. Over the moon and taken the stress off me!! Thankyou so much!!

Took my bike in for them to change a gear cable. Came to collect my bike, they hadnt completed i was waiting 5 hours for them to do it, to then find out that they had broken my shifter. They then tried to shift blame saying that it came in like it, although i rode it there. Anyone who knows about bikes will know that you cant ride without a shifter. They offered 30 pound gift card. Although the damage exceeded that. I will not be using this company again, avoid at all costs

Had troubles with the mrs bike came in to see what they can do and Oliver helped me out so much with the bike and got it fixed straight away

I visited decathlon yesterday morning and the man working on the bike department was so helpful with fixing my sons bike which had a few problems thanks to Martin for all of your help and for your great customer service I will definitely be using this store again and will be recommending the bike department to my friends and family thanks again

Came to purchase my son?s first bike but wasn?t too sure what we were looking for. A staff member introduced himself straight away as Oli while we were browsing and helped us pick out the perfect bike for my son. Brilliant customer service and a friendly face

Great to attend the exclusive Kiprun VIP Night? @Decathlon Wednesbury and to try out the Kiprun brand.After my 3D foot scan I was recommended the KS900 Light, and I LOVE them - so comfy!So happy to be a part of this tonight and many thanks to the amazing and knowledgeable staff for this great event ???(I honestly cannot speak more highly of the staff at Decathlon Wednesbury, so friendly and helpful) they are such great ambassadors for the Decathlon brand - massive kudos. ??????????

The staff are very nice.However I've taken in a child's bike to get fixed 3 times in 2 months. Maybe there's a problem with the bike?I've called customer services and they never answer.

Lucy served us, we were buying for 3 children, one doing DofE, one caving and hill walking and another doing school trips. Lucy was very knowledgable and very patient as we ensured we had the appropriate gear per the different environments anticipate.

It is all good until you have a problem than it's a nightmare. More staff need to be trained to work on ebikes.Purchased an ebike 10 weeks ago. I use it to commute to work. The bike started to restart itself after a few uses. So I dropped it off at the store to let the tech person to have a look.I was told only one staff was trained to work on ebikes, and he was off work due to personal issues. It's been 6 days (including a bank holiday weekend) and it hasn't been looked at.Had to ring in every other day to get an update, because nobody would tell you what was going on. The answers were always still waiting for the tech person and it might be tomorrow that it would be looked at ...didn't happened.I get that it is an unfortunate timing, and I'm sorry for the poor tech couldn't come to worl. But it is very frustrating and how can it be only one person (who is not available) can help. It leaves the staff feeling frustrated too as I call back and they have to give me the same answer again.I am going back to collect the bike (not been looked at) so I can go to work, and take holiday to drop the bike off to get it fixed again! It is costing me double amount of time and travel cost.Decathlon take a look at your staff training, it is time to invest and train more staff on ebikes if you want to attract more customers in this growing ebike market.

A great shop with a wide selection of items for all different activities if they don?t have what you need in store. They can order it online for you and have it delivered into store or home. Delivery parking is available on site for four hours free all the staff were super friendly and super helpful

Oli was really helpful in helping choose the right e bike for me to travel to work with and also gave great advice for the right accessories to get as well, whilst not claiming to have knowledge he didn't. Very polite and friendly service!
