“I've had a great experience from start to finish with using Dreams. In store, the staff were so helpful and polite, nothing was too much for them. The store has a good range of products, and it is very clean and welcoming.My bed was delivered today, and the delivery men were so polite and professional. They assembled my bed in no time and left no mess.The only issue is that the bed is a different colour than what I wanted. This is partly my fault as if I had checked the order details properly I would've noticed the issue. Even so, it looks beautiful and is of high quality.”

“I don't know why but I really like IKEA, it's well cool and this store just off junction 9 of the M6, is a big store with loads of parking space. But it can get very busy at times...A wide variety of products, selling everything from cushions to wardrobes and 60p ? hotdogs to beds, plus most things in-between.There is some really good quality stuff, that give good value for money among the items for sale - all you have to do is sort it out and pick your own taste”

“Fantastic support from Harry who works in ‘kitchens’ a super chap he helped me find a suitable kitchen sink and he did not hesitate to be complimentary and always with a smile. His colleague a young lady too was also very helpful she kept the packaging that was all torn which was a practical idea. “We went to Sofology again today to buy the Radley suite only to find that they didn't make it in the type of fabric we wanted any more.We were just about to leave the store when Hemma asked if there was anything else we liked & I said that there wasn't. She steered us toward the Gracy suite & we actually preferred it to the Radley.After about an hour of sitting on it & being shown there was a heated option, we decided on it & we're really looking forward to it.None of the staff were pushy & Hemma was really helpful.I'd definitely recommend it.
