I recently visited SCS Wednesbury and was delighted to experience what can only be described as exceptional customer service. From the moment I entered the showroom, Julie swiftly assisted me in choosing the perfect sofa, putting her extensive product knowledge on display within the first 10 minutes of our interaction. Shortly after, Jazz skillfully guided me towards a complementary carpet, demonstrating her expertise in interior design during our brief encounter.The ease and efficiency with which I made my purchase, combined with the informative assistance provided by the staff, made this the most satisfying and stress-free shopping experience I have ever encountered. Not only did Julie and I enjoy a chat over a delightful hot beverage while completing the required paperwork, but their professional and friendly approach left no room for doubt in their product knowledge. They expertly recommended items that precisely met my needs after I conveyed my preferences to them.I am immensely grateful for the outstanding service I received and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Julie and Jazz truly went above and beyond, and I sincerely hope that their diligence and dedication are recognised by the management of SCS. I will without a doubt be recommending their services to my friends and family, as this exemplary level of customer care epitomises what true excellence in service entails.

Very poor customer service.My father who suffers from Parkinsons disease had to return a sofa due to the fact that as it transpired it was too big for his new apartment in assisted living.The branch totally dragged their feet on sending the refund. A simple procedure to put the funds back onto the card used to purchase.Promised phone calls never happened. (I say plural because it was indeed twice.)I was forced to call their head office, and STILL it didn't happen.Some two weeks on I went into the branch personally and voiced my complaints quite loud. Loud enough for people viewing furniture to hear.Needless to say, my dad's refund was sorted in two minutes flat.

The customer service the convincing and the quality of the sofa , nothing to say about.Too bad they are not of their words! I have bought a sofabed and I clearly have told and asked them to delliver it before the October time as I am pregnant and would like to concentrate on giving birth instead of chasing sofas! As for today NO SOFA NO PHONE ANWER! I REGRET MY DECISION! RIDICULOUS! No consideration of certain circumstances

Good size showroom, also nice and clean.Staff were helpful and not pushy at all.One staff member, Lee, was especially friendly and helpful. Very informative and helped us with making the right decisions. Thanks Lee.

very poor customer service. I will never patronize this store again. we bought a set of dinning for over 3 weeks now. Only for them to deliver today. First the delivery came soo late. They didn't keep to time and when they eventually arrived they said they lost the bolts to assemble the dinning on the way. we are supposed to move in this weekend. Now. they don't have a specific date and time to come and assemble the dinning after waiting for almost 4 weeks from when we ordered.

No wonder this store has poor reviews. Today I was looking a sofa set to buy for my home. I approached a sales person Bajinder who was talking to some other customer. My mistake. Then when he was done with them and roaming around I asked him about the sofa set and foot stool. He just just gave a curt reply, shrugged his shoulders and left me staring around. Business lost, as I really liked the blue sofa set.I did call him again and asked his name, said you were rude and even then he just said a half-hearted sorry and turned his back on me. I honestly don't know what his problem was.Never would visit again. When you have many competing stores just besides you why be so egoistic in selling your goods.Hope the management goes through the CCTV footage and talk some sense into him.

The delivery service is terrible no sense of customer service from the company. I order two sofa and they delivered 1. I kept repeating when i put the order through that I would need the sofa together. My guest and family had to sit on the floor for 1 week for the other sofa to come SCS response was awful. The staff need to go on customer service training.. Never buying from here again!!!!!They also try to sell carpets at high price when cheaper good quality cane be brought from other carpet businesses with same guarantee

Reading the negative reviews gave me cause for concern. However, I can honestly say my experience with this Company has been extremely positive when ordering my hall carpet. The Salesman was extremely knowledgeable & the man who came out to measure was polite & professional, the Staff on the phone were terrific. The carpet fitters were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for them & the hall looks fabulous. Personally I would recommend this Company.

Took out insurance plan, was initially glad I did as lazyboy sofa coming apart at the seams. You have to claim online, after nearly 4 weeks and still no reply... don't waste your time and money...

Sofa is perfect I love it but I had it delivered today and I was told a time between 7am 12pm so I woke up at 6.45 so I would be ready incase they came early and I have a dog who needs everything sorting for him in the morning .. feeding .. taking out for a wee ect? so I had missed 3 calls from them at 7.21 I rang them back at 7.25 to be told he could not find me and can I come out so he knows where I am so I said yes I opened the door and he immediately told me in a rude manner that he nearly cancelled my delivery because I hadn?t answered my phone which I called back at 7.25 4 minutes later, which I have proof. I have never felt so low in my life after they went I actually started to cry and couldn?t believe how rude he was to me! I am in the process of returning my sofa and getting the whole thing cancelled. And I will ensure people will not use this company!

Seems the store doesnt know the companies processes. Dont believe anything they say abt carpet fitting. ALWAYS CHECK.Bought a carpet , asked when you want it delivered ?.. give x date.. can we have it fitted then X DATE ?, We ask, 'Yes as long as delivered in time.We go back again to finish payment . AGAIN we ask abt the fittingdate. AGAIN ..shouldnt be an issue...I book time off,lift carpets off , plan to move x furniture.We check the order .. States clearly' your fitter will contact you 2 days before'. We've had nothing.. So call headoffice only to be told nothing booked.. only date is now 2 plus wks later..Disappointed as they should be far clearer and not give customers incorrect info.**** edit to respond below***There was no confusion we asked when it could be delivered and fitted we asked for x date and got told twice that was possible.. that was incorrect abd poor infoShould be when your carpet is in. THEN you'll be able to book a fitting slot.

Look on Trust pilot before using this store! I didn't & regret it! Dreadful reviews off every customer! I was delivered & fitted with the wrong carpet & the customer service in store is nothing short of disgraceful! The fitters damaged my paintwork on skirting boards & door jams, left me with a huge immovable bag of waste. Plus carpet bits everywhere. SCS say fitters self employed & not their responsibility NOT TRUE ACCORDING TO LAW QUOTE VICARIOUS LIABILITY!!! STILLwaiting for wrong carpet to be resolved. Absolutely awful, disgusting experience, never again, would never recommend to anyone! Go to Tap everyone they do it all for you.
